- All cars entering the park must stop at the park office and are subject to the daily visiting and picnic fees. All visitors MUST have a visitors pass. Visiting privileges end at 10:30 pm.
- Pets are welcome; however, they must be kept on a leash when outside your RV and CANNOT be left unattended. Please pickup and dispose of all droppings. Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pavilion areas.
- Campsite registration includes parking for one camping unit and two vehicles (if space allows). Absolutely no parking in the roadways or on vacant or other persons sites. DO NOT CUT THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE'S SITE.
- Campsite occupancy is limited to six persons (2 adults/4 children). A maximum of two additional adults is allowed at an extra charge.
- NO ELECTRIC HEATERS or AIR CONDITIONERS are permitted.
- NO bicycles or roiierbiades are allowed after dusk. Per Massachusetts State Law, all children under the age of 12 are required to wear suitable bicycle helmets whenever riding a bike.
- Children under 10 MUST be accompanied by an adult to restrooms, playground, recreation hall, camp store and park office. Children undertheage of 18 MUST be on their own campsite between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
- Campfires are only permitted in the onsite fire rings and CANNOT be left unattended. NO other fireplaces are allowed.
- Skateboards, motorized vehicles (scooters, mini bikes, ATV's, golf carts, etc.) are NOT ALLOWED on park roads.
- Disorderly conduct, obscene or indecent language is prohibited.
- NO watercraft or boat trailers allowed in park.
- Dry wells located on each site are for WASH WATER ONLY. NO REFUSE OF SEWAGE is to be deposited into dry wells.
- Sewage may be disposed of at our dump station. Any violation will be cause for Immediate eviction from the park and a charge of $50.00 will be assessed for clean-up.
- Cutting, mutilating, removing or taking away of trees, shrubs, flowers or wood is prohibited. Persons apprehended will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
- No person shall remove or deface any property within the park. Nothing is to be nailed or screwed to any tree, fence, or other park property.
- No gardens or planted flowers are permitted, only potted plants. No statues, figurines or fences are to be placed outside your trailer. Hanging flower plants, flags, TV antennas and lights are welcome, as long as they are attached to your trailer or tent. No remote antennas permitted; except DSS Satellite antennas.
- All refuse is to be placed in the proper receptacles provided within the park. No Hazardous waste, including propane tanks, should be disposed of in dumpsters.
- No person shall, in Bourne Scenic Park, carry on any business or commercial calling, or trade, sell or otherwise deal in commodities or merchandise of any description, or solicit patronage.
- Persons using Bourne Scenic Park do so at their own risk. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen property.
- Please check the message board for any messages. Messages will not be delivered to you. We do not have mail delivery at the park.
- CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 am. Please contact the office by 8:00 am. If you need a late checkout or to re-register.
- Matters involving police Intervention or receipt of a written violation may result in termination of a camper's stay without a refund.
