Reservations

Bourne Scenic Park Reservation Policy

• Reservations begin March 3, 2008 from 8:00am - 9:00pm, Monday - Friday and may be made in person at the Park Office or by calling 508-759-7873.(On-Line reservations are not accepted.)
  
  
• The reservation desk will be open 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. In-season March 28th thru October 26th.
  
  
• There is a two night minimum on all reservations in the Off-Season. (March 28th to June 19th.) and (September 9th to October 26th.)
  
  
• Peak-Season reservations will be accepted with a 1 week Minimum and a 2 week Maximum. (June 20th to September 8th.)
  
  
• Weekend reservations In-season (May 9th to September 11th.) will be accepted by phone or in person on a first come, first serve basis starting at 8:00 a.m. Friday morning of the current weekend only.
  
  
• All reservations require a minimum one-night deposit and can be secured with Cash, MasterCard, Visa, or Travelers Check.
  
  
• A personal check is only accepted for the required deposit and must be received at least one week before the date the reservation is made. Please make checks payable to: Bourne Scenic Park and mailed to: 231 Sandwich Rd. Bourne, MA. 02532.
  
  
• No personal checks accepted at time of arrival.
  
  
• CHECK-IN time is 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Campers needing a late arrival should call ahead so that accommodations can be made.
  
  
• CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 am.
  
  
• All CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES are subject to a $10.00 service charge.
  
  
• NO REFUNDS will be given unless the cancellation notice is received ONE WEEK prior to schedule date of arrival and is subject to above service charge.
  
  
• Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomfort of nature, weather or early departures.
